What's your idea of a perfect body?
Since getting into fitness, my body has seen many shapes and sizes. I was always wanting what I didn't have and trying to change. People would tell me I looked better skinny, or with more muscle, or that I had too much muscle and looked manly or that I needed more fat on me. I realised that I was never going to please everyone, nor did I want to. I think it's important to find what beautiful means to you and not let others influence you. Now my goals are centred more around feeling my healthiest and strongest and having a body shape that makes me feel most confident, whatever that may look like.
