I'm not good enough.
Practicing in a yoga class can bring up feelings of self-consciousness and self doubt at times. It reflects times when we doubt ourselves in life and compare ourselves to others. 💐Yesterday in class I reminded the students that we are all to busy worrying about ourselves and that we more often than not we are so busy doing this we don't notice others. 💫When you start to have these feeling of doubt, turn them around with a positive mantra of self belief. Then think about being selfless. Do something selfless for someone else. Do something for others on a positive way and it will have a positive effect on you. 💓
We all have different anatomy and we all have different life experiences. The key is compassion for yourself and others. 💓JL
