Left was 5 years ago. I was drinking every weekend and eating whatever I wanted, because well, college 🤷🏻♀️ I remember feeling so bloated and sluggish! I wanted change so bad, but was stuck in the same habits. -
Right is me today. Eating a well balanced diet of mostly vegetarian. I’ll go out for drinks maybe 1 night a week in moderation. Working out anywhere between 4-6 days a week. Little bit of powerlifting, little bit of body building, and lots of crossfit metcons 🤢 -
So much has happened between these photos, mentally and physically. This is just a snapshot of what can change when you commit yourself to something. If I can do it, you can do it. Just remember... without sacrifice you’ll never have it, and without discipline you’ll never keep it. Just put your head down and work!
