EMOM: every minute on the minute
First timer here, and I loved it. Thanks to @mrfrisella and @mrsfrisella for inspiring me to do one!
- 50 jump ropes
- 12 KB swings
- 10 side raise/10 front raise/10 shoulder press
15 minutes doesn’t seem like much, but daaaaaang, I’m wore out. Especially since we did an hour and a half walk this morning.
I told you all in my stories that I’m serious about this. Me getting pregnant for surrogacy is right around the corner, and I gotta push myself until then!
