This is absolutely one of my favorite ways to stretch, ever. Tree Weave not required, but it does help, especially with the hamstring stretch aspect. But you do need a saggily-rigged slackline. The important thing is to cross the line from the inside of one ankle across your chest to the opposite shoulder. It should be an amazing hip flexor and quad opener for your the leg that is resting on the line. If you do it precisely the way that I generally do, you can ground into the standing leg to open the fasciae of the superficial back line. It's basically a supported version of Ardha Chandrasana, which I think might be called Revolved Half Moon in English... not sure, haven't been to a yoga class in a while. The line should massage your hip flexors and you should feel a yummy compression in the area below and around your clavicle. Slackline is ultimate elevated yoga prop. This stretch is so dynamic and whole body, I really can't describe how good it feels to make this shape with your body. You just have to go try it.
And yes I built the platform I am standing on. @treeweaves 😅
This photo was taken on February 22nd-- Georgia has been having an 80 degree week. Did you know that super warm weather last week in North America and Europe caused the arctic to be 45 degrees F warmer than it historically has been in that week of February? Look it up. I see floods in the future. 🤒
