Three years into this journey and not a single regret. I’m sad to see my challenge group end, but excited for the whirlwind week ahead as I travel to Indy later this week. .
I just realized I never shared my results from my last challenge group. In 5 weeks I lost 7.1 lbs and 6 inches. I’m so happy with those results. Loving my nutrition program and the fact that exercise is “extra credit”, but not required. Heading into summer feeling strong and healthy and knowing the results will keep coming if I just stay the course (which, luckily, allows me to also enjoy life and the treats that come with it)! .
