Exactly my face when trying to figure it of “Gluten Free” label means it is gluten free or just people putting it on everything without any clue of what that means. Just because bananas do not have gluten does not mean they a w gluten free if they are dried and packaged. Since a lot of times the facilities also process grain and milk and other items. And if not many times they use starch to prevent sticking. For many people it does not matter but for many it does. And can be the reason why just going gluten free did not eliminate all symptoms and why they are having flare ups.

Have been out of sorts this week and had alot of msg requesting the recipe for my Keto donuts I made last week. So here you go.
KETO CINNAMON DONUTS

1 cup Almond flour
1/3 cup Erythritol/stevia
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Sea salt
1/4 cup Butter (unsalted; measured solid, then melted)
1/4 cup Unsweetened coconut milk
2 large Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 177 degrees C. Grease a donut pan well.

In a large bowl, sift together the almond flour, erythritol/stevia, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk the wet mixture into the dry mixture.

Transfer the batter evenly into the donut cavities, filling them 3/4 of the way. Bake for about 22-28 minutes (or longer for a silicone pan!), until dark golden brown. Cool until donuts are easy to remove from the pan.

Cinnamon Coating
1/4 cup stevia
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Butter (unsalted; measured solid, then melted)

Sugarfree Cream cheese frosting
1-2tbsp Stevia ( you can add more for your taste)
20ml thickened cream
125g Full fat Philly's cream cheese (room temp)
Combine all ingredients into one bowl and mix with a electric mixer until light and fluffy.
