Red Velvet Truffles
INGREDIENTS - 1 9x9” red velvet cake
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 16oz dark chocolate, melted
- 4oz white chocolate, melted
1. Crumble your red velvet cake into a fine crumb.
2. Add in the cream cheese and 1/2 cup melted white chocolate, and mix well.
3. Roll 1" balls of the crumb mixture between the palms of your hands. Repeat with remaining mix and chill the truffles for 30 minutes.
4. Using a fork, dip each truffle in melted dark chocolate and place on parchment paper.
5. Drizzle the chocolate covered truffles with melted white chocolate and chill to set.
