2 yumurta
Yarım su bardağı süt
1 su bardağı yoğurt (susuz olsun)
1 su bardağı sıvı yağ
1 yemek kaşığı sirke
1 çimdik tuz
Yarım paket kabartma tozu
4.5 -5 buçuk su bardağı un (kullanılan su bardağı ölçüsü: 200 ml.).

👉Üzeri için:
125 gram tereyağı ,yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağı

👉Şerbeti için:
4.5 su bardağı su
4 su bardağı toz şeker
4-5 damla limon suyu.

👉Yapılışı:
Un haricindeki malzemeler, derin bir kap içerisine koyulur ve elle karıştırılır.Elde edilen karışıma ölçülü olarak azar azar un ilave edilerek güzelce yoğrulur ve yumuşak kıvamlı bir hamur elde edilir.Yoğrulan baklava hamuru düz zemin üzerine alınır ve 4 eşit parçaya bölünür.Daha sonra her parça 10 eşit parçaya bölünerek toplam 40 adet beze yapılır.Bezeler yarım saat dinlendirilir.Bezeler nişastalı bir zemin üzerinde merdane yardımı ile tek tek tatlı tabağı büyüklüğünde açılır.Aralarına bolca nişasta serperek 10 kat olacak şekilde üst üste dizilir ve 10 katlı 4 grup hamur elde edilir.

Tereyağı ve sıvıyağı karışımı eritilir ve baklavanın üzerine her yerine gelecek şekilde dökülür.
Hazırlanan kolay ev baklavası, önceden ısıtılmış 175-180° fırında altı üstü kızarıncaya kadar pişirilirŞerbetini hazırlamak için, toz şeker ve su derin bir tencere içerisinde karıstırılır .Kaynayınca kısık ateşte yarım saat kaynatın bir kaç damla limon suyu sıkıp 10 dakika daha kaynatıp ateşten alın .Baklava fırından cıkıp 5 dakika sonra ılık şerbet ile buluşturun.Afiyet Olsun😊
