Found a couple of pictures of Crow Pose back in 2014 and wanted to share the progress. I could barely hold the pose at that time.
Don't get discouraged if you cannot straighten the arms, it will come with time and practice🙏🏼
In 2015 my Crow Pose was much better, legs higher, arms almost straight. Few months later I was able to completely straighten the arms and hold the pose longer.
