Haven't posted in a bit. Been a little under the weather. Wanted to share what I focus on with this back excersize. I see a lot of people lock their arms out on the way down and go really slow on the way down. Try not to lock out because your just going to end up using your tris. Also try focusing on controlling the weight on the second half of the movement. I know I don't have a great back but I find this really beneficial.
