BUILD UP YOUR KNEE RESILIENCY WITH THIS!
Here’s one exercise you can do to reduce your knee pain and improve your lower body strength.
It seems very simple and it is. You literally raise your hips a couple inches off the bench and hold.
As you probably noticed, you want to have a slight bend in your hips which will allow more stress to be place on the hamstrings and booty.
If this exercise is painful, don’t do it. But if it’s tolerable and you can do it with good technique try it out. Work on building up endurance to stay in the position longer and strength to be able to go down lower (without pain). Hope you like this one and don’t forget to follow my page for more!
