Ever since I dislocated my knee a few days ago, I've been in awe of how quickly my body is recovering. I used to dislocate my knee all the time when I was severely anorexic, I was dying of starvation, the last thing I needed was to be injured as well. Anyway, I became used to dislocating it and barely even being able to walk, I became used to the terrible pain that lingered in my knee after the injury and then having to use crutches and refrain from dancing (I used to be a dancer) but this time.... WOW I am in utter shock, I literally feel no pain in my knee at all, I can walk, practice yoga, do ALL the things! I'm so proud of how far I've come, beating an eating disorder was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life and it's things like this injury that remind me how powerful and resilient I am. I've come so far and I'm never going back 💙
