After a dodgy 24 hours, I drew the line. Lunches prepped for the week ☺️ tomatoes, passata, chicken, carrots, beans and cauliflower. Will reheat and serve with salad ☺️ #slimmingworld#speedfood
No pictures of the completed meal but a rare occurrence where I actually ate with my family and got them eating some veg! Served with gammon and my SW roasties which they all actually prefer to any other roasties! They are lovely, done in the air fryer with butter flavour @frylighthq and I used oxo stock for gravy so it was all free -not sure this outweighs the gin I drank on Friday night but it's definitely damage limitation!
So this happened tonight.... #Dinner was @tobycarvery 😍😅😋🤤 A lot of it was syn’d & on plan, but some of it may have gone over my allowance. But I’m just trying to be honest on my SW journey & tbf I didn’t eat it all, so hey! It was so fit though!!!!! 🤗 Yorkshire puddings (4.5 syns each- 9 syns), cabbage (speed), carrots (speed), 3x roast potatoes (free & 2 syns each- 6 syns), peas (free), cauliflower cheese (speed & 0.5 syns per portion- so I’ll say 1 syn), mash (free & 1 syn per serving- so I’ll say 2 syns), mint sauce (0.5 syns), vegetarian gravy (1 syn per serving- so I’ll say 2 syns) & all washed down with a @dietpepsi (free). Obviously this is more than 15 syns- but I didn’t eat this whole plate, I avoided all the bad choices & it was packed with speed food, so I’ll take that! 🤷🏼♀️💪🏼 . . .
