After a great World Cup and certainly too much beer 🍻 . It’s time to tighten up the eating and training 🐽. Work commitments make consistency difficult. But I have a plan. Training only 20 minutes a day every day Body Weight, kettle bells and sprints and skipping ab stability. That’s my core workout. Anything else is a bonus.
So if and when I get to the gym il make the most of it without worrying about my training.
I have 8 weeks until one of my best friends wedding 🎩 so my want and why or reason to train and stick to a plan is strong. Il post updates to show you how easy just 20 minutes a day is and the changes you can make to your body.
