******** WOD 1 delivers the intensity, while keeping it simple... but be careful not to be fooled by what looks "easy" on paper... for you may find yourself breathing fire 3-4 minutes later, wondering what just happened!
Standards for WOD 1 are simple as well... no twists... no surprises!
double unders - rope must pass under your feet twice per rep
pull-ups - each rep must begin with arms extended and feet free... chin must clearly be above the bar for rep to count... kipping and butterfly is allowed.
t2b - each rep must start with arms extended and feet free... both feet must touch bar at the same time (inside of hands)... heels must pass behind your body at the bottom of each rep.
rope climbs - ropes will be clearly marked @ 15'... you must touch (reach) above that mark for a good rep... ropes will also be marked at the bottom where your feet must clearly pass before dismounting the rope... dismounting the rope above that mark will result in a "no rep". Athletes can jump into each climb.
