When I'm consistent with my workouts & healthy eating, that's when I get the best results.
It makes sense right?
I mean, you can't expect to lose 10 pounds by working out here & there.
You have to make a commitment.
You may have to make sacrifices.
If losing 15 pounds, fitting into your wedding dress, getting toned, or getting abs are what you want, it'll be so non-negotiable to put in the hard work & dedication.
The best part about that is it'll be worth it because you got yourself to where you wanted to be.
