Heavenly ‘Banilla’ Nicecream for the weekend 🕊🍦☁️ So nourishing and dairy free, as always! Made this with fro nanas, coco cream and vanilla extract. 👌🏼 I’ve shared the recipe for this one below.
🌟 Rad lil’ tip: If you don’t like the taste of coconut milk I find an awesome substitute is overnight-soaked cashews in equal amount and replace the coconut cream with a teaspoon of organic guar gum powder! It still tastes just as creamy and so delicious!

study fuel for finals week 🚨🤓 made a quick dinner from my sunday meal prep. arugula, quinoa, garlic wild-caught salmon, watermelon radish, fresh cucumber, and sweet potato jewels coated with my red pepper miso dressing 💯 my meal prep game has been on point today, but my study game is a bit lagging, so excuse me while I go study my booty off 😭💃💆🏼 hope you all had a fun and relaxing weekend!

Xenia Dominguez works a full time job, takes care of her family at home and still managed to walk into Signature Physiques Studio everyday with a smile on her face! When mothers think it's not possible to make a change towards healthier lifestyle they should look at Xenia! She didn't miss a beat! She could have easily gave the excuse that I'm too tired from work or family but instead she juggled them all while showing up everyday with that same smile and putting in 100% effort in every class to obtain her goals! Hope all you lovely souls are having a beautiful weekend. To Celebrate the beautiful mother of all mothers, planet earth, I made this green juice. May we love her, nurture her and help her flourish always. .
I had a beautiful morning at the farmers market and took our fur baby for a walk. Weekends for me are about taking time to recharge my batteries and just doing soul nurturing things. This green juice was the perfect thing to nurture my body 💚
