4 days post-show, first day back at #CrossFit. •
Surprisingly fell in love with bodybuilding/prep, so I’m kinda missing those sessions, however I’ve been missing the #oly lifts and skills of CrossFit for monthssssss so it was fun to get back into that tonight! 🏋️♀️ Luckily, it was a 20min #AMRAP so I just pretended it was one of my old #HIIT sessions 🤣 mixing the two worlds, what blasphemy! 🙄💁♀️ #fitnessisfitness •
I know I want to do another #bikiniprep and another show, and I want to be serious about it. It unexpectedly lit a 🔥 in me, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for me in the sport of #bodybuilding.. However, I’m going to enjoy the offseason with all things heavy, especially #weightlifting!
So here’s some clips of my #shanklecomplex from tonight. Started light, trying to remember the technique of the movements (1 #deadlift , 3 #hangcleanpull, 1 #hangclean , 2 #jerks) and surprisingly was stronger than I thought! 🤗 (must be all the #isolatedmovements I’ve done since April! 👏) Apparently I still suck at pulls, but luckily I can always count on Josh to correct me! 🙈 #coachsgirlfriend 🙄🤣
I love fitness. All aspects. All sports. & i’m pretty freaking blessed to be able to do it at all! ❤️
