I have put in the work to achieve my goals and lose the baby weight AND THEN SOME I never thought I'd get rid of! Especially without an everyday workout routine from a personal trainer, with soem strict diet I wouldnt stick to, I've heard it all before...But you get the picture! I'm mastering one thing at a time, and thats my NUTRITION ♡ Regualr Exercise will work into my daily regimen when I mast my Nutrition. #OneThingAtATime #SuccessAtItsBest #ListenToJimRohn
People forget its 80% Nutrition & only 20% Exercise...personally I believe MOM'ing should be considered a sport, seeing as I don't have to run a marathon to get my heart rate going, my children just naturally raise it by climbing on objects, and I have to sprint to save them, or being sassy pants and I'm still frozen in shock of "Holy cow I created that"! LOL! #DontJudgeMe
Or how about when I'm running late somewhere in life, as usual, I consider that my Cardio workout, always rushing around to get places with multiple children is a fun workout, I do it consistently everyday, without a thought or doubt in my mind ♡ #LetMamasLiveAlil
This is my story, and I'm sticking to it! So believe me when I tell you, I've lost 25+ pounds thus far, without ever stepping foot in a gym, not having a gym membership, or regularly working out...But my adulting chores & rugrat herding, counts as physical activity, in my world, especially when there are multiples=loop hole! LOL!
