Meet sajida ; a 65 years old women that has truly been inspirational showing us that " age and physical conditions are only issues of mind over matter . If you don't mind , it doesn't matter. We chose her as a member of the month ; but she deserves way more praise as she is also now on her steps to becoming an instructor and aims to showcase and train individuals in all age groups and specifically her Age group . She said "I had a lot of weight and inches to lose 18 months ago. I started by walking every morning then decided to join a gym so I joined Reps and since then I started to exercise regularly. I do RPM, Body Pump and Boot camp; a total of 6 workouts a week along with walking every weekday morning for 45 minutes. The feeling I have when I am working out at Reps is we are all one team. We support and encourage each other and if I miss a workout, everyone asks where I had been! The photo tells you what I have managed to achieve. I am happy! Thank you Reps ".
