I made a sandwich with whatever I found in the fridge and I ended up with roast beef, rucola, coleslaw,tomatoes, cucumber and parmesan and tomato pesto. Let's hope it will be tasty cuz my brain tends to run off and go crazy sometimes hahaha
As snack some strawberries and quinoia crisps (PROTIEN!) For later on some grapes & cheese AND NOT TO FORGET a good read! So what does your lunch/dinner looks like today?
