2 weeks NO SUGAR ✌🏽
After feeling sluggish, experiencing low energy levels and crazy sugar cravings over the last few days I'm taking the plunge and detoxing from all refined sugars (my story explains why #rant). I want to educate myself to understand the REAL impacts sugar has on our brains, dopamine levels, hormones etc.
I'll be documenting and filming my journey to make sure I stay on track and fight the temptations. Being THE biggest sweet tooth I know, this ain't gunna be pretty.
