When you decide you finally want to commit to improving your body here's what you can expect:
-Tons of unwanted convos and opinions on what you should be doing
-Discouragement -self doubt and fears of old past failures come to mind -confusion on what makes the most sense (weight watchers, Herbalife, crosscut, Zumba, Brazilian ju jit su)
All these variable work as defeating factors and too often stop good people in their tracks and send them packin back to life as it has been. Not fun. Here's what I suggest instead:
-Only tell one very trustworthy person your plan and ask them to help keep you accountable. This one person should be the one person who is OK with upsetting you with truth👌🏾 They should also have some areas in their life you admire and aspire to so you're not choosing Joe shmowww as you accountability partner.
-Get a brand new week planner and plan each day of your new success plan (keep it as simple and basic as possible to start) don't overwhelm yourself. Start with the basics (ex: up at 6, gym at 6:30-8)
-Get a GREAT plan that's proven to work by real people 👌🏾. Food/ workout guidance/ accountability. 😏We got you (click link in bio)
-Have 1 last solid treat day and make sure you are SET for your start day. Then..
-FOLLOW YOUR PLAN
The Gag is, plans work when you do! The last is behind you. Let it go, and move forward even if nerves kick in.
