Vid 1: D.E Overhead Camber Bar Press 92 lbs (120ish bottom 130ish top) + chains 10x2.... D.E Reverse Band Football Bar Bench Press 185 lbs 8x3
Vid 2: Bent over Barbell Rows 195 lbs x 8 PR (also did 175 3x8 after this)
Vid 3: 20 deg incline press 115 lbs on bar and 50 lbs suspended 3x8... Having 50 lbs bouncing around is great for the shoulder stabilizers 👌
Vid 4: Showed several reps of Eccentric tricep extension-Concentric JM Press which looks kinda weird but works great... 85 lbs 3x12,11,10

Other Lifts:
1. Pull-ups 3 sets
2. External rotations 6x10
3. Low traps 4 sets
4. 3-position side delts 3x30,24,18

Yawn, I know, so I added Opal the cat at the end. A lot of this Instagram stuff is a diary for me so I can look back and check form consistency over time so sometimes it's boring. 😣 The lateral raises were with 27.5 for the first time, though, and they felt quite easy.

Finishing off delts with a set of Heavy Partial DB side laterals. I really feel these right in the medial delt and include them in a lot of my workouts to give my shoulders a super pump. Wow 😳 I'm so happy to see how far I have come in these 7 months... On the left is when I was 3 months into the bodybuilding life style, I was still figuring things out but the gains where starting to shine through. Now after 10months of bodybuilding I feel completely different. I've gained coincidence, muscle and overall I feel 100x better in myself.
