•also alternate which hand you start on the dumbbell in each round
•consider muscle cleaning + push pressing with the dumbbells as it can be pretty effective with less time under tension, if you’re using your leg drive
•with the TTBs, if you’re aiming for 11 and plus rounds, you’ll probably have to do unbroken reps - though breaking into 4/4 may save your grip
•with the rower, use your legs as much as possible to generate power and transition is KEY
