Been working on my pull ever since the meet, stiff bar pulls today 635lbs from a 2" deficit, straps loosened up at the top and missed the lockout. Then 585lbs from the floor for a double. Notes: I ended up switching bars after my second set. The bar I squatted on my first was super thick and it kept on rolling down my back. It was so annoying. Like I had no real grip on it. No way to place it firmly on my back. It literally kept rolling as I squatted. So ended up switch bars. Finished off the next 6 sets. Which went so smooth.
Later finished with leg extensions, and front dumbell squat work. Was a good day. Next week aiming for 500. See how my right groin feels. Been stretching a ton before and after workouts. .

Havent posted for 5 or 6 days. Just a recap. Did not deadlift last week. I tweaked my right groin. The same one that tore 2 yrs ago. Scary moment. Went to deadlift 315. Literally felt it tighten and then pull. So I laid off and then did back friday and saturday. Didnt lift thursday. .

Today was bench day. Working sets: 345 5 x 5, 365 x 2 (paused) went super smooth. I was trying to go for 4 sets of 6 but figured I just stick with 5. Just to get my form back down. And re-adjust it. Been really trying to focus on leg drive and its been working. Noticed a huge difference. Just need to be consistent with it.
Other than that finishes off the workout with arms, and flies. Didnt film the bench, just cause I was super focused and I really needed to do well this week. Hopefully I can purchase a camera set up by summer. So look out for the gains!
