Guys, today is my first day back in the gym for about a week, since I've had a terrible cold since coming back from vacation. I'm so excited! I'm going to do legs, a 40min LISS session, and a good stretch/roll to speed up recovery, since I know I'm going to want to do legs again asap 😂👌🍑 On a serious note though, the ability to take time off from my goals to focus on getting better is so appriciated. I no longer feel like if I miss one cardio session, or eat one 'wrong' thing, I have to start all over. Taking a week off was difficult because I wanted to be there, for myself, but it only makes me feel 10x more ready to kill it this week!
