Day 1. If you #snooze, you #lo
Wake up straight away. Since I quit my office job a year ago I was trying hard to bring the habit of waking up early to my life. Never worked until I understood that I’m much more productive in the mornings while at nights I am only overthinking, reflecting or #procrastinating on the web. I tried different techniques, but what actually worked for me:
⏰to try and try and try again to wake up as early as possible no matter what time I go to bed. Fall asleep at 9 – woke up at 7, fall asleep at 2 – woke up at 7. Little by little biological clock rearranges for waking up at this certain time.
⏰to enjoy early bird perks: I now live with neighbours who are usually in bed until 12 and for these 6 hours the shower is mine, the kitchen is mine, the world is mine!
⏰sun rises around 7, so I’m catching 2+ more hours of a daylight!
