Sundays for me are all about relaxing and recharging, and this Adaptogenic Honey Lavender Latte is the perfect way to start or end your slow Sunday. It’s sweet, mellow, and full of calming goodness. If you’re looking for an alternative to coffee or tea, this is for you!
20oz nut milk (I use a walnut/almond blend)
1 tsp dried culinary lavender
1 tsp local honey
1 tsp @artisanaorganics coconut butter
1/2 tsp @ommushrooms reishi
1/2 tsp @ommushrooms lion’s mane
1 scoop @neocell collagen •
Bring nut milk & lavender leave to slight boil, then reduce heat and simmer, allowing lavender to steep for about 5 minutes. Add to blender with all other ingredients, except collagen, and blend for 30 seconds. Add collagen & blend for another 5 seconds. Pour into mug & enjoy!
