High Intensity 3 Round workout made in conjunction with @_kurtbryant 24 minutes and you will feel it!! If you have knee issues, this is suitable as there are no typical HIIT explosive exercises ✌🏼 🔹3 rounds of 8 minutes (non stop)
🔹Each round alternates 2 exercises every 30 seconds
🔹1st round: Walk out to push ups for 30 seconds then kettlebell swings. Repeat for 8mins. Each time I do the push ups I increase the number 1,2,3..
🔹2nd round: medicine ball slams alternated with sumo squats with a kettlebell
🔹3rd round: kettlebell Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) and battle ropes
🔻Try and only rest for 30-90 seconds between rounds- long enough for a drink
🔺Some progression tips are included. 🔺Form is always important - back straight etc 👌🏼 Have fun 💦 🔻 @_kurtbryant recommends mountain climbers or skipping if you don’t have battle ropes at the gym 👍🏼
