This will be my last Kitchari I think before I end my cleanse. Personally I like to finish my cleanse and go straight back into intermittent fasting so my body has had a good reset and replenish. .

I have been soooo productive today and have slept incredibly! Feeling on top of the world! Nails done! Tasks complete, and now to practice some home yoga flow ❤️
Tomorrow At 2pm I’ll ease back into easy to digest juices (thinking beetroot, mint, kiwi, avocado, spinach, ginger, lemon coconut oil and banana) and the day after Introducing Cooked, roasted root vegetables with yummy spices and herbs and oils! .
