How are you preparing for the weekend? Weekends are usually the worst time to fall off track. We have more time to relax and do our own thing instead of the week day hustle and bustle. I don't know about you but during the weekends I always have a sweet tooth. Always! 🍫
So instead of giving in and falling off track, I have learned to be prepared! Meal prep is where it's at. No matter where I go and what I do, I know I have the choice to eat healthy and preparation is key. So that's exactly what I am doing for the weekend.
