I struggle. Today was one of those days. I haven’t been disciplined in my eating, sleeping, or the gym. I haven’t been pushing myself. I need to remember that this is my therapy. This contributes to my metal and physical health and overall feeling of balance. When I feel physically strong, I feel it mentally/emotionally as well. My results haven’t been visible to me, HOWEVER my advice (and something I’m working on) is to use others as your “mirror”.... I’m going to put value into when @katiebug22500 tells me I have a “booty”, when @noleyhuz tells me I’m doing a good job, when Ben or @bryanblake1313 call me “shoulders” and tell me to slow down (of course I won’t!😏). We see ourselves everyday... our image is warped by the noise and expectations we allow ourselves to focus on. ——-This is when I step it up and step outside my comfort zone and push myself further and try new things! (Like the front-facing squat press... my new gym bae 😍) 💪🏻#bepatient #trusttheprocess

Boys will tell you you gotta have to have big boobs, big booty. Girls will tell you let's have some abs! Your mama gonna tell you to cover up. Your bestfriend might say you're too thin. A relative might say you're too "muscley". Some might say that that is dangerously heavy for a girl to lift. Or your diet sucks. Or that crop tops aren't for yah (right @margiereal ?)

Oh well, its just opinions love. Do what you want to do. Create a body you are proud to have. (it will take some work but it can be done)' Wear what makes you feel good.

Involuntary rest day.

I didn’t. Now here I am down in bed. Bodies get tired. You can ignore it but (I’m starting to realize) it will force you to address it somehow.
I’ve also started gaining weight and inches. I’ve justified making bad food choices, that I deserve them somehow, I DESERVE the results of my efforts. It’s called self sabotage and I’ve had enough!
