This quote is perfect. It's the official Week 1 of the #250kchallenge . My hubby and I have had one hell of a wakeup call. He went to the doctor with bad stomach pain, had to get an EKG and a Chest XRAY done (both came back clear thank goodness) and I've been experiencing lower right back pain and cramps. We drank some this week and ate shit food. Our bodies are literally crying out for help. .
My "WHY" is I am taking control of my body, my health and my mental stability. I'm 31 and it's time I respect my body. I want my husband and I to have a long, healthy life together full of adventures and awesome accomplishments. I've joined challenges before, didn't even start and I always found an excuse to fall off the wagon. Guess what my body still hated me. This will be my year, my new life and the new me. Let's do this yall! .
