Arm Day today 💪🏻
The time posted above is the time I spent in the gym today. Needless to say, I’m quite happy with the little preworkout mix I made (shown in the last post). Today I worked out biceps, triceps, and forearms, because today is what is colloquially known as “arm day.” Below I will post my routine for the sake of public knowledge:
⭕️ STRETCH BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT!!!! ⭕️
🔸Dumbbell Preacher Curls (6 reps ➕ 2 assisted RTFs (reps till failure)
🔹Dumbbell Hammer Curls [neutral grip / overhand grip interchangeably] (4 reps ➕ 2 assisted RTFs)
🔸Triceps Pulldowns (8-10 reps)
🔹Triceps Kickbacks (10-12 reps)
🔸Standing Dumbbell Wrist Rotations (8-10 reps) 🔹Seated Dumbbell Wrist Curl [overhand / underhand grip] (8-10 reps)
🔺Circuit 1 Complete: if you have worked out your abs recently, let them rest today. If not, refer to the ab workout in the post covering the remaining muscle groups in the upper body. ⭕️Repeat the above circuit until you hit at least 3 circuits, I went for 6
Then, of course, STRETCH!!!
It is indescribably important to muscle and joint health.
