Guten Morgeeeeen, Tag 4 ist zu Ende und hier ist das Ergebnis 😍 ich kann echt zufrieden sein. Von gestern auf Heute ist fast nichtsmehr runtergegangen, das kann aber auch daran liegen, dass ich es einfach nichtmehr geschafft habe so viel davon zu Essen 😭 Mein Fazit: Es lohnt sich um schnell einige Kilos abzunehmen (auf gesundem Weg) ist aber mit viel Willensstärke und mMn einem schon hohen Verlust an Lebensqualität zu bezahlen. Nochmal als Kur mache ich das nicht, kann mir aber vorstellen ab und an Mahlzeiten dadurch zu ersetzen 👌🏻

💥Friday end of work & you can hear the sighs of relief & see the mini fist pumps all over the worlds as as the people close down their work stations & congratulate themselves on having made it through another weeks. "Whooo hooo the weekend has landed" now every now & again saying f**k & having a night or weekend of indulging is quite ok as long as you get straight back to plan once it's done. ❌every weekend like this "hell no " that's not gonna be your progress friend.

🔥The weekend seems to so many like time stands stops, like you put life on a mini pause &I'm not saying it shouldn't be a time for a calmer existence. But if you trying to diet, get healthier & fitter then honestly chucking all of your week time structure out the window every weekend could 1️⃣ affect progress 2️⃣leave you feeling like your starting over again every Monday

✅Be smart keep some structure remember you are trying to create a state of "just living" better all the time not feeling like everything is a chore. If you don't want to have time away from the family to go to the gym etc then find something you can all do together.

✅Saturday & Sunday are not an all you can buffet, calories still matter. If you've been applying the 80/20 balance concept to your food intake then you shouldn't be feeling like you need "a treat "or "a reward" remember food is fuel to be enjoyed but it's not a reward system. Try not to plan every weekends social events around food if you are planning a super indulgent night out then factor it into life.

We spend our lives comparing ourselves to others. Comparing our normal day to someone’s ‘special’ day on instagram... Leaving us feeling dull, boring, like a failure ect.
We wear a ‘mask’ because we’re scared to reveal who we really are. Scared people may not like us as much.. So we put on an act to be “liked” (did you ever think people might like you for who you really are?) God never made a mask for you to wear to hide yourself, he made you exactly the way you are for a reason.
Stop dishonouring who you really are.
Reconcile with yourself.
Be changeable but love who your are.
[You lack nothing]
You may read this, thinking: ‘yes, common sense’
The sad thing is, It is rare to find people who TRULY love & accept themselves in this day and age.
It’s just like working on yourself in the gym: self-love takes time, it takes work. But I’ll promise you one thing - it’s the best, most rewarding work you’ll ever do. Not only will you be helping yourself live a full, happy & an abundant life, you’ll inspire everyone else around you.
I preach it all the time, but after hearing a talk today by an Incredible man, I’ll happily take a reminder that we are imperfectly perfect the way we are.
