You don’t win every battle, but that doesn’t mean it was a failure...
Today I went down @redspiderclimbing with the goal set to nail 3 specific routes... I warmed up and did some finger strengthening exercises on the beastmaker boards. I wasn’t feeling strong, I was actually feeling tired but I gave the routes a go and failed all of them.
I came home a little defeated but on reflection, I’ve shown myself more ways not to do the routes, I conditioned my grip strength so I can go back stronger.
I will get these routes finished - maybe even tomorrow night! Here’s a photo of me battling a muscle up (that I also failed to complete haha)
