I have to admit I am not very consistent at getting in quality resistance training on a regular basis. I don't dislike doing it. It just seems there is always something more urgent to be done...and so exercise gets left behind very quickly. : : : What do YOU do when you have trouble creating new habits? : : : Well I decided to get a coach! I had my first session @lifepersonaltrainers last week, and it was fantastic. They know their stuff for sure!! And it was a very safe, un-intimidating space to exercise in. I felt right at home within minutes.
The best part for me though is just knowing that someone is going to be keeping me accountable to my workouts in between sessions. Already that has been a huge motivational push.... Glad I made the decision already and I haven't even had session #2. 😊
I will keep you posted on how I travel overcoming my fitness challenges....
