Hello Troops, Major here!  Sunday night is barbecue night!  I like to smoke my food by throwing on a few Rosemary twigs, wood chips, worn out clogs and fragments of Noah's Ark that I bought from a gift shop on the bank of the River Euphrates.  Does anyone have any more great tips for barbecues?

Choco dipped gluten free pb cookies from @minimalistbaker 🍪🍪🍪

Ideja za preukusan ručak/večeru:
Iseckati jedan veći luk, jednu šargarepu, oprati 200gr integralnog pirinča i sve to staviti u 700ml vode da se kuva. Dodati 200gr smrznutog graška, 200gr sitno iseckanog brokolija i ostaviti sve da se krčka dok se pirinač ne skuva i šargarepa ne omekša. Zatim dodati 200ml soka od paradajza, punu kašiku slatke paprike, so i biber. Još malo krčkati da se sve sjedini i poslužiti toplo sa piletinom 👌 Super stvar kod ovog jela je što se relativno brzo sprema, a dobije se velika količina hrane koja se kasnije može podgrevati. Meni je ovo odlično jer ga napravim u nedelju i imam ručak/večeru za više radnih dana. Od količine koja je navedena u receptu dobija se 4-5 porcija (za devojke, za momke malo više 😄)

This is sesame honey chicken stir fry ☆IN A sauce pan add stock cube and boiling water to the rice
☆grill the chicken
☆IN A large frying pan add brocolli and onion cook until soft ☆Add the garlic
☆when the chicken is done add to the frying pan ☆add some sesame seeds and sesame oil and lots of honey and lemon juice ☆when the rice is done add to the frying pan ☆add some almonds
☆season with salt and pepper
