Goals should be a working document, always evolving, because you are always growing and changing. .
I’ve realized the burnout I’ve been feeling the last couple of weeks is because I haven’t been looking at how to move myself forward - my goals haven’t changed and as a result I’ve started to feel stagnant. .
Now that I’ve had this realization it’s time to put it into action and follow through. As I define it more I will share the details as they come but know that I’m super excited! .
