We chase the pain because it is better to feel something than nothing at all. But if you look real close, the pain is only a lesson. And if you do the work, you can escape the pain, learn the lesson and be a little more wiser. The secret though, is not to develop "thick skin" and close yourself off.... its to develop new skin. Fresh. New. Eyes wide open. Heart full of gratitude and forgiveness. Grounded. A little more sturdy and ready to do it all again. This my loves, is strength in a whole new you. ✨

Entre sus beneficios tenemos:
“Mejora la circulación de la sangre en el tronco y la cabeza, flexibiliza la cadera, la columna y los hombros. Fortalece las piernas, desarrolla los músculos abductores y los de las corvas. Fortalece la musculatura de la espalda, mejora el proceso digestivo. Cura la ciática. Ayuda a desarrollar uddiyana bandha y mula bandha. En el caso de Prasarita C también estira los hombros.
Contraindicaciones: No practicar con presión ocular (o mantener menos tiempo). En caso de Prasarita C no hacer si hay molestias en los hombros.
EFECTOS
En esta postura los músculos del muslo posterior y los músculos abductores obtienen un estiramiento completo, al tiempo que se obtiene una mejora del flujo sanguíneo hacia el tronco y la cabeza. Las personas que no puedan realizar Sirsana (paro de cabeza) pueden obtener beneficio de esta postura, que aumenta el poder digestivo.”
