Just uploaded a shoulder work out BUT I did a voice over and explained how I go about setting my work outs up, & just shared some general tips for shoulder training and shoulder health.

The best #innerchest movement I have used in a while.. you have to go heavy first, (we did dumbbell incline and hammer strength incline, sets of 6-8 and 10-12 respectively) then finished our presses here. Gotta make sure to have chest up g
High and hips back as far as possible. Also, push your hands together at the end of rep, and fight for full extension.

Throw back to breaking the WORLD BENCH PRESS RECORD. 455lb was my max the week prior but hurt myself so hit 413lbs for the world record. I normally sit around 166-170lbs. Weighed in at 180lbs this morning & continuing to bulk till the first week of November! Bulking before winter instead of during like most like to do ๐Ÿฝ

Heavy chest session tonight, high volume. 6x6 @140kg.

Quite a few people asking about training and what's best to do etc.. each individual responds different to different methods of training, there isn't a best way to train, you have to experiment and find what works best for you. Keep mixing your workouts up, for example do a high volume heavy weight workout one week, then the next keep your reps high and less rest between sets.
I've always found that to get stronger on flat bench these sort of workouts suit me best, flat sets and reps, for example 4x4 , 5x5 etc.. Same as I've said though it might not work for everyone, ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ These sort of workouts, pre workout is defiantly needed ๐Ÿ˜‹
