🏓Been getting a lot of DMs asking for "the best supplements to build muscle." It's a good question, so let's peek through the curtain and have a look.

🐥CREATINE is one of the most extensively researched supplements in the world and is also one of the limited few I actually recommend. Aside from being outrageously inexpensive (just get store brand monohydrate powder - no reason to drop a ton of cash on it), it's been shown time and again to enhance strength, power, and muscle growth among countless other benefits. It's 100% safe (your body naturally makes it and it's found in meat/eggs/fish/etc) but if you take too much it can cause stomach discomfort and maybe diarrhea. All that being said, about 1/3 of people are "non-responders" which means even if you take it you might not see any benefit. If you decide to take it, 5g/day is plenty.

🦄EATING REAL FOOD is arguably the most magical supplement of all. So magical, in fact, the supplement companies never mention it because they don't want too many people finding out about this long lost secret. If you aren't building muscle, you probably aren't eating enough.

🐙LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS is another long lost magical supplement and should be done 3-5x/week. The key with this supplement is to actually put in some serious effort. It sounds crazy but the more effort you put in the better your results are going to be. So don't be afraid to hit the gym, stack some weight up on a bar, and pick that shit up and down over and over again. Your muscles might be sore the next day or two - no worries, just eat some food, sleep, and get back to the gym.

I'm speechless 🤤 this PWO meal was to die for amazing, and sadly devoured in 2.5seconds🙈🙊 big egg white scramble full of @fourthandheart ghee massaged kale, natural turkey bacon, chickpeas, Brussels, green bell pepper, mushrooms, and feta cheese along with 2 slices of @daveskillerbread topped with avocado + pink salt + smokey turmeric seasoning (seriously the BEST seasoning ever. Do yourself a favor and go to @sprouts and get yoself some)!😛 wow guys, just wow👌🏼

Nabend da draussen 😊 hab mich vorhin tatsächlich noch Richtung Gym bewegt und meine 40 Minuten durchgezogen 😎 ich ma h auf dem Crossi ja oft Kraftausdauer...heisst viel Widerstand, möglichst schnell konstant durchtrampeln...bei so etwa 1100 bis 1200 kcal pro Stunde Verbrauch ☺ also nich ganz ohne. Das OK-Training gestern hat mein Nacken auch ohne Nachwirkungen überstanden 🙏🙏🕺🕺 😁 zur Belohnung gab's eben noch Vollkornnudeln mit Avocado-Joghurt-Sosse, Kichererbsen und Putenbrust aus dem Bowl Bundle 😄😄😍 Rest Spinat is auch noch mit drin...musste weg, gehört aber eigentlich nicht dazu 😁😀 ach ja...das auf dem Bild war etwa die Hälfte 😌😎😅😋😂 Schönen Abend @ all 🐛🐛🤗🤗.
