I wanted to share these pictures with you because I think a few things are important. 👇🏻 1. The first picture my life was upside down. 😞I’m going through my second divorce, had to move out of a house we recently built, just had two minor-ish heart procedures and had just been cleared to workout. All time life low. Really. 😢
Today we rest...and meal plan....and grocery shop...and meal prep!

We all make mistakes. Missing out on your child’s life is a HUGE mistake that is made by many. However, many fathers are able to bounce back, take the steps necessary to meet or re-unite with their child, and develop a thriving relationship moving forward. We’ve watched fathers who have missed out on years of their children’s lives step up to the plate, own their missteps, and commit to building a bond. It’s not an easy journey, nor is it a quick fix, but it’s definitely a doable one if you’re committed!
I love that I’m not feeling deprived of some of my favs (spuds) on my meal plan!! I did forget the spinach! 💁🏻♀️
There is just something about the mountains and snow❄️. Love that I can drive 45 minutes outside of Vegas and be in this environment. 🌲You can’t take Montana out of the girl. 💛💙 #dowhatmakesyouhappy
Day 5 was Leg Day, OUCH! I’ve been working my tail off, watch my IG stories if you are curious, and realized today I’m down 2 pant sizes!!!! 🎉🦋 Today’s message from the trainer, don’t compare your self to others. Period. 🙅🏻♀️. Compare yourself to your own self, and did you do better today than you did yesterday? 😘
I started my new workout program, with a timed nutrition meal plan on Monday. The workouts are by far the hardest I’ve done since I was on lockdown before my heart procedures in November💦💦💦💦. I’m thinking all is good!! I have a doctor’s appointment Friday and Monday so I’ll keep you posted 💁🏻♀️ because I know you are all going to be wondering!🤣 The meal plan....let’s talk!! 🙋🏻♀️. I’m THE.LAST.PERSON.ON.THE.PLANET to not eat ALL I can! ALL 3 days I have not eaten all I am supposed to. Seriously, it’s a lot of food. 🍎. It’s not too late to join me if you want to give it a go! 😘
I love that we can sneak in our school T-shirt and jeans on Wednesday’s. #iteachfifth
I started a timed nutrition plan yesterday, and am finding I’m eating a ton! The teacher in me LOVES the structure😍...”Eat this at this time....”. Ookkkkk!💁🏻♀️ Dinner is cooking, and I love cooking with Rosemary! 🤤 I added a small amount of potatoes and a spinach salad. Viola! 👙👙👙Here I come!😇🌺
Today I’m showing up for myself. 🌈Today I’m feeding my body and my mind what it needs to to push through to be my best self. 💚 Today I will love myself first and everything else will fall in line. 😍
