Yesterday was my 10 year anniversary and my family and l had a blast, this poem is about God's mercy for a sinner like me. ITS CALLED YOU ARE HOME!
Who shops in the gutter for broken China pieces? With the aim to put it back together again and show it off to the world as a beautiful antic piece that excited before even time began. Who builds a house with broken bricks that have no corners or edges to set another one on top of it, to build a mansion, a master piece undefined, a house that can withstand a earthquake, a hurricane, floods and rain. Is this even possible?
Well JESUS took my life pieces out of a gutter and began to stick them back together, when they said l was broken, unrepairable, worthy of only being crushed into dust and forgotten. But JESUS THAT MASTER CRAFTSMAN, who works with broken foolish materials to bring shame to the wise and glory to the broken. He moulds my beauty from ashes and he says, l FOUND YOU! In my eyes your perfect, fearfully and wonderfully made, you will become my son's helper and he will be your Adam. Tho the world says you are worthless l say you are priceless. Tho the world says your hopeless l say you will bring many hope. For you where never lost, For l was with you everywhere you were, you just didn't know me, but l was there wiping away your tears, whispering hope when you thought no one could love you, l prepared him for you, everything you asked for in a man l put inside him. You said no one would want you, l said if l love you, and if you let me in, l will show you the Adam l made for you, then one day you said JESUS, I SURRENDER, HEAVEN REJOICED AS YOU SAID THOSE WORDS. For now l could speak and you would hear me, l would lead you and you would follow. I said my daughter he is the one and even tho you resisted, you said your will be done. Now my child 10 years 4 kids later you cry and say l don't deserve this love and this family. I look at you and say, your just were you need to be my child YOU ARE HOME!
