The goal is to lose fat so right now, at this time in my life, I am eating and training to lose fat.
My body better be burning, DAMMIT!! LOL.
I worked the hell out of my body this morning.
I tried a lot of new stuff I put it at the end so I could think about it all workout.
The 102 ways I’m going to embarrass myself doing wall mountain climbers or wall sprawls, or fall over a higher plyo box. LOL.
I almost talked myself out of doing them. 🤔
I stepped out of my comfort zone, and I lived to tell the tale. And I got a good burn!
I hate mountain climbers. I have hated them for 5-years. I have come around on about everything else, push ups, burpees, tuck jumps, split squat jumps - everything - but mountain climbers. Yuck.
This move was just enticing enough to get me excited about this workout.
The shoulder and ab burn 😱😱. WOW!
