Vegan French Toast
➡️1 banana
➡️1/2 cup coconut milk
➡️1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
➡️1 teaspoon vanilla
➡️2 dates
➡️4 slices bread

DIRECTIONS: Blend the banana, coconut milk cinnamon, dates, and vanilla in the dash blender until completely smooth. Dip Bread in coconut banana mixture and place in the dash skillet on medium high heat. Cook until browned and then flip and cook on the other side. Serve with berries and maple syrup.

Hey Fit crew, this is a new routine I designed and had the opportunity to crush it with @traciestakeover💪🏾 I get alot of questions about arm build up, without the extra bulk (if that makes sense). Even if you are trying to tone your arms, add this into your routine. Credit me obviously on posting lol. This is called #5tribearms by FitQueen Zee. Just like clockwork! Small circuit that can be done at home OR the gym.

Hey Fit crew! Dinner last night for me and my friends was delightful! Oyster #mushrooms, on a bed of #Kale with #greenpeppers, #onions, topped with #avacado! Mmm mmm good.


Ingredients: *1/2 onion chopped, *1/2 cup of oyster mushrooms sautéed together.
*2 handfuls of kale. Use one handful to Sautee with the onions & mushrooms(in grapeseed oil)



•Seasoned:
*1 Teaspoon sea salt
*1 pinch papaya pepper (made from papaya seeds)
*1 pinch #cayenne
*1 Tsp onion powder
*Topped with dill weed
*tossed in #grapeseedoil
