Where are all my ladies at?!
I just wanted to remind all you girls working hard to look good on the beach this summer that "1200 calories a day" is not the answer!
Obviously you're all different when it comes to caloric needs but I like 1500 as a standard minimum to any adult woman as it can still give you enough energy to hit the workouts you need to complete your look (assuming you're getting ample nutrients from whole foods).
Even though diet is 80% responsible for your weight, you still need your workouts!
