So as some of you may or may not have noticed over the last couple of days I took a little break from social media.💁🏼♀️👀
This last week starting from Monday has been absolutely horrendous I’m not going to say why on here as obviously its private and some things are best kept that way even though I don’t obviously mind sharing some aspects of my life.
But anyway sometimes things just get to much no matter how strong you may be when your whole worlds tumbling down around you sometimes you just need a break from life really don’t you, so that’s why I decided to take a break the last few days all though I’ve still been on it with my training the gym has definitely been my escape and happy place this week thank god otherwise I think I might of drove myself insane with over thinking!
I have also done x3 leg sessions this week can we get a hell yeah!? Training legs really isn’t my strong point at all my upper body is soo much stronger and sometimes it gets a bit shall we say disheartening when people never pick up that you have good glutes or quads. So I’ve decided for now to change up my training schedule a little bit and do legs 3 times 1 week then the week after do 2 leg session and just see how I get on with this new split. So I’m setting myself goals to grow my lower body and hopefully see as much progress as I have in my upper body, wish me luck guys!?💪🏻💜
