The more clients I work with for fat loss, the more I’m realizing that underreporting of calorie intake is a 🙅♂️REAL PROBLEM 🙅♀️ with clients claiming to be eating far less than they actually do.

Why is this a problem? When it comes to achieving weight loss, energy balance is key. ⚠️And when you say you’re only eating 1,200 or 1,500 Calories and swearing up and down that you’re not making any progress, that can make it difficult for fitness professionals like myself to actually help. •
