I highly recommend #yoga - pretty much my favorite workout. It makes you feel like a million bucks afterwards. Not to mention, the additional flexibility it gives you. Flexibility has always been a weak spot for me, but over the years I've been practicing, I've opened up so much. Give it a shot! #p90x2

When I started Insanity I couldn’t do a full push-up on my toes... by the end of the original I could do at least 10...

For the past 11 months I have been under the care of 2 doctors. Every time I have an appointment, they check my weight, blood pressure, heart beat etc... I am a healthy girl... even my doctors have said they were proud of me.
I’m not too skinny. I’m not underweight by no means... I don’t need to gain any weight back. And I don’t need to eat a cheeseburger (believe me. I eat them already 😁) Be happy for me. I am. 💜

First time doing X3 Eccentric Upper in a long time, for Day 16 of TH’s Fitness Fusion! It was admittedly difficult, focusing the negative or eccentric part of each exercise, and didn’t help that my wrist was bothering me 😐 but did it anyway!
